SHUNGITE WATER INSTRUCTIONS
(1) Soak Shungite in boiling water for 10 minutes to sterilize it and then rinse thoroughly
(2) Place the well-rinsed Shungite in a 2-liter glass or ceramic container (not plastic or metal)
(3) Add 50 to 70 grams of Shungite Elite for every liter of water
(4) Leave to rest for 6 hours
