Our shipping partner is SDA/Poste Italiane. -
What are the order processing times ?
You will receive an email within 24/36 hours from the time of purchase containing the shipping confirmation and the tracking code of your package. SDA/Poste Italiane will effectively manage your package by 12pm on the working day following receipt of the aforementioned email. -
What are the delivery times ?
Standard shipping delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but are around 4/5 working days from the time of actual delivery. If you need to plan faster shipping, you can select express shipping at the time of purchase, which takes approximately 48 hours for delivery. -
How can I track my order ?

Can I change the shipping address once the purchase is completed ?

How is the goods packaged ?

GUARANTEES ON PURCHASES

- Right of withdrawal : each product can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case , return costs such as repackaging the goods and sending them back to the sender will be borne by the customer .
- Product damaged or not corresponding to the image : if the product arrives damaged or differs substantially from what is presented on the site, you must send us a report within 3 days from the date of confirmation of delivery of the package, accompanying your report with a or more photos in which it is possible to see the damage or defect reported by you. In this case all reshipment costs will be borne by us .
- Product not delivered : if the product never arrived, just let us know, attaching your order number to your refund request. As soon as we verify that the courier has not actually delivered the goods, we will refund you in full the amount you spent . Alternatively, you can request a new shipment, the cost of which will always be borne by us.
- Shipping with a delay of more than 7 working days : if the product arrives with a delay exceeding 7 working days on the expected delivery times, you may request a refund of the order. In this case you will have to send the product back to us once it has arrived. Reshipment costs will be borne by the customer .
RETURN METHOD
To initiate a return and request a refund please follow the following procedure:

- Once we have received your request, our staff will verify your reasons and eligibility.
- Once the admissibility of your request has been verified, we will contact you again, requesting that you indicate an address/sender from which to have the goods collected by our courier and agreeing with you the date on which the courier will pass through the address to be sent. she indicated. We will then send you a new label for sending the package back to our warehouses .
- At this point it will have to re-pack the goods received by you in the best possible way , to avoid further damage by the courier. In the event of damage by the courier attributable to clearly insufficient or non-existent re-packaging, the refund amount will be reduced by the out-of-pocket costs of the additional goods damaged due to negligence.
- He will deliver the package into the hands of the courier, and only into the hands of the latter, requesting that he register the package in the SDA/Poste Italiane computer system using the appropriate QRCode reading gun.
